These terms apply to using 3driggers.co.za and to every quote and order with 3D Riggers. By using the website, sending an enquiry or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Our bank details are on every quote and invoice. We never send new bank details by email. If you receive an email saying our bank details have changed, phone us before paying.
Part A — Quotes and orders
1. What you send us
By uploading a model or sending an enquiry you confirm that you own the design or have the right to have it made, and that making it does not break any law.
2. What we will not make
We do not print:
• weapons, or parts of weapons;
• anything that is illegal to make, own or sell;
• anything that copies someone else's design, brand or trademark without their permission;
• anything that would be unsafe to use for what it is sold as.
Every request is reviewed by a person at 3D Riggers before we quote it. We may decline a request, with or without giving a reason. If we find out after quoting that a request falls under this list, we may cancel it and refund anything you have paid.
3. Estimates and quotes
Before a person has looked at your model you may see an estimate, marked as an estimate. It is not a price we are bound to. A quote is sent to you by email after a person has reviewed your request. A quote holds for 30 days, and its price stands for those 30 days even if our rates change; after that we quote again. Prices are shown including VAT, with the price excluding VAT beside it.
4. Minimum order
The minimum order is R5,000 including VAT. Estimates start at the smallest quantity, in tens, that reaches it.
5. Dates
We do not promise a delivery date or a lead time. We keep you updated as your order moves along.
6. Paying
Payment is due in full when you accept the quote, and we start printing once it is paid. For larger business orders we may agree, on the quote, to 50% when you accept it and the remaining 50% on delivery. You pay by EFT to the account on your invoice, or through our online shop's checkout; we never see or keep your card details.
7. Your files
A model that was never quoted is deleted 90 days after it was uploaded or declined. A model that was quoted but not ordered is deleted 90 days after the quote. A model for an order is kept for one year after your last order, so we can reprint it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. We use your files only to quote and make your order. See our Privacy Policy.
8. What we make
Parts are made by FDM 3D printing, with a typical tolerance of ±0.2 mm unless agreed in writing. Colour may vary slightly between filament batches. A part that is faulty when it arrives is remade or refunded if you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for how parts are used, or for any loss beyond that amount. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. A quote you already have keeps the terms it was sent with.
Part B — Using our website
11. Our content
The text, images, designs and logo on this website belong to 3D Riggers or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell, copy or redistribute them without our written permission.
12. Comments
Where you can comment on our blog, comments are your own views, not ours. Please keep them lawful, respectful and free of advertising. Only post what you have the right to share. We may remove any comment at our discretion. By posting, you allow us to show your comment on the website.
13. Linking to us
You are welcome to link to our website, as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest that we endorse you. Please do not frame our pages or use our logo without permission. We may ask you to remove a link.
14. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
15. Cookies and your information
How we use cookies and handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
16. Accuracy
We work to keep the website correct and available, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, or that the website is always available.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
