electronic circuit bord enclosure

01 · Enclosures

Custom enclosures and housings

Housings for circuit boards, sensors, LEDs, displays and controllers, built around your electronics. We add the cut-outs for screens, buttons, connectors and cable glands, screw bosses or snap-fit lids, and your logo in the lid if you want it.

Materials: PETG or ABS indoors, ASA outdoors, flame-retardant ABS or PC where required

Typical batch: 50 to 1,000+

Case study: 250 solar-system enclosures

02 · End caps

Plastic end caps and extrusion caps

Caps for aluminium extrusions, tubes and profiles, made to your profile's exact dimensions. Left- and right-handed versions, drainage holes, smooth or textured finishes and custom colours. When the profile changes, we change the CAD and run the next batch, with no new tooling.

Materials: ASA outdoors, PETG indoors

Typical batch: hundreds to thousands per run

Case study: 1,000 façade end caps

03 · Jigs and fixtures

3D printed jigs, fixtures and dummy units

Assembly jigs, drilling and gluing guides, test fixtures, and stand-in dummy units for wiring, fit and packaging trials. Made to fit your parts and your line, and usually quicker and cheaper than machining them.

Materials: PLA or PETG for light duty, nylon or carbon-filled where they need stiffness or wear resistance

Typical batch: a set for every station or every line

Brackets, holders, mounts, clips and covers for equipment and panels, plus replacement parts that are no longer made. We can work from a CAD file, a drawing or the original part, and 3D scan it if there's no file.

Materials: PETG, ASA, nylon or carbon-filled, depending on load and environment

Typical batch: 50 and up

Not on the list?

These are the parts we make most, not the only ones. If it's a plastic part you need in batches of 50 or more, or one you'll need again, send it to us and we'll tell you honestly whether 3D printing is the right way to make it.

Got a part you need again and again?

Send us the drawing and quantity. We'll come back with a material recommendation, any design changes worth making and a price per unit.
